Booking Questions & Answers

Q: Why do I have to bring a printed copy of my reservation?
A: Your printed copy of your reservation is used two ways. When you arrive at the facility it can be used to guarantee your parking. When you exit the facility, the cashier will attach it to your ticket as proof of payment. Your confirmation number is not proof of purchase. Without your proof of purchase you must pay the cashier the full amount when exiting the facility. Facility staff are unable to access your on-line booking and cannot verify your purchase without your printed reservation.

Q: How do I modify or cancel my booking?
A: You can Modify or Cancel your reservation on-line at the Park ’N Fly Network Customer Service page. 12 hours advance notice is required. You will need to enter the first and last name exactly as entered on your booking, your Reservation Confirmation Number and your Reservation Pin Number. Your confirmation and pin number are located on both your Confirmation Voucher Page and your E-mail Confirmation. To modify your reservation you will be charged a $5.00 fee. To cancel your reservation you will be charged a $10.00 fee.

Q: I have made my booking and will not be parking as long as anticipated. Will I receive a refund for these unused days?
A: No refund will be issued for unused days. You may choose to modify your booking, 12 hours advance required and a $5.00 fee will be charged.

Q: I booked my parking and have had to extend my trip. How do I make payment for the additional days?
A: The cashier will charge you for any additional hours or days that you have not paid for at the time of booking.

Q: Do I need to contact Park ’N Fly or the facility at which I will be parking to confirm my booking?
A: No, your booking is confirmed with Park ’N Fly and the facility at the time of purchase.

Q: When will I receive my confirmation?
A: You receive your confirmation two ways. At the end of the booking process a confirmation screen will display showing your booking details. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours.

Q: Why do I have to provide my e-mail address? A: Your confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided. However, if you do not want to enter your e-mail address you can call our Call Center at 1-800-PNF-NTWK (763-6895) and one of our friendly representatives will be happy to complete your booking. They can fax or send your confirmation via the USPS.

Q: How many days can I make my booking for?
A: You can purchase up to 21 days at a time. If your stay is extended beyond 21 days, you may make multiple reservations to cover your stay. Or, you can pay for any additional days when you exit the facility.

Q: When is my credit card billed for my booking?
A: Your credit card is charged in full at the time that you make your purchase from Park ’N Fly.

Q: Is my credit card information secure?
A: With just one click, you can sign in securely to the Park ’N Fly website and have all your transactions protected by powerful Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology and Private Communication Technology (PCT) security standards supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 4.0 and higher, and other popular browsers. SSL encrypts your credit card number, name, address, and telephone number before they travel over the Internet. This makes doing business over the Internet as secure as purchasing by telephone.

Q: I forgot to bring my confirmation with me when I parked and paid the cashier when I exited the parking facility. How do I get a refund?
A: Please mail a copy of the parking receipt from the facility along with your confirmation and your complete contact information within 7 days of parking to:

A: All major credit cards are accepted when booking on-line. We cannot accept cash or a check.

A:No, the rate you have secured when making your booking does not allow you to use a coupon when you exit the facility.

Q: Why can’t I see the facility that I am looking for, it was there last week?
A: Each parking facility has a limited number of reserved parking spaces, when these are sold out it is removed from the available choices.
